The Residential Index provides an average of capital value movements in monitored Asian cities. High-end residential prices largely flat across Asia. 3Q12 saw high end residential prices stabilise in China and Singapore whilst some downside risk to Hong Kong. The average capital values rose by 1.9% q-o-q in 3Q12 across monitored luxury residential markets in Asia, compared with the 0.8% q-o-q increase recorded in the previous quarter.
