Role Objectives
  • As the first point of contact for most clients, endeavour to answer telephone enquiries in an efficient,
    friendly and professional manner
  • Provide internal staff with professional administrative support including taking accurate and properly
    detailed messages, word processing duties, attending to routine correspondence and when required
    prepare written reports
  • Provide assistance in the administration and maintenance of company records
  • Set security training system
  • Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times.
Accountabilities
Required Qualifications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skill with highly self-motivated
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work after office hours, weekends, or public holidays if necessary
  • Have 1-2 years of experience
