To set and monitor standards for facilities operation with client contact. To monitor these standards

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Property Management

Monitor and evaluate the staff operating

Liaise with all Management Surveyors in regards to any Facilities Management tenancy matters

Monitor and evaluate the performance of the contractors and sub-contractors

Propose plan to improve various facilities within the building

Set up access control plan for the entire facilities

Set up the inventory control system

Prepare Building Asset registration

Co-ordinate with the engineering personnel if system repairs and improvements have an effect on the occupiers

Inform client representative/ occupier of matter relating to the use of facilities i.e., electricity suspension and water suspension

Propose and suggest alternative for the most cost effective operation, repair and improvement

Regularly meet with service contractor representative to ensure performance standard are met

The prepare and implement monthly operational cost saving plan

To collect relevant operational data for future analysis

To follow up the outstanding payment
